Hi, I’m Colleen — virtual bookkeeper who actually gets the two worlds I serve.
I started keeping books for our family business while working as a travel agent (selling trips, escorting groups, and living on commissions and 1099s). Later I spent years in financial services doing deep financial analysis — learning to see the whole money picture.
Then horses came along: rescues, home herd, boarding barns, and hauling my daughter to horse shows every weekend. I’m also certified in Equine Assisted Learning, so I’ve spent hundreds of hours studying horse behavior — which means I totally understand the real cost of hay, farriers, show entries, and hauling mileage.
